  1. I really find the silence of our “intellectuals” disturbing, especially when I remember just how vocal they were barely a year ago.

    Maybe they have realized that they need to reason before they talk or “shout”. Selfless and objective elites, intellectuals or crusaders will talk. Government and Nigerians will listen. The problem is most so called social critics are not genuine. A certain well respected columnist became SSA media to last government, he lost his ability to offer objective criticism. Now, he is back with satire and bashes for Buharis government. It’s about where their bread is buttered period.
