How Many Nigerian Officers Does It Take To Change A Traffic Light? #NigeriaDecides

February 23rd, 2015 at about 5:45pm at the junction of Golden Gate the traffic was at a complete stand still…

lastma

I mean we had fully functioning traffic lights, we even had Yellow Fever waving fervently, a LASTMA officer trying to enter people’s cars yelling and we even had 2 gun carrying combat ready Police Officers in the background, but yet none of them even with all their forces combined could control the traffic…it was complete mayhem!

Mayhem, largely because nobody was following the rules, people were driving in the wrong lanes with some driving against traffic, others converted one lane roads into 3 lanes … it was crazy!

I know we all say we want change, I mean this election is all about that word CHANGE but what we fail to realize is that that CHANGE we craze starts with us. You and me … without us being willing to change ourselves it will be impossible for someone else to change us.

I like the way u do comment on very important n vital issues of our society. If only Nigerians will agree to do things de right way, dis country would be better off.

  2. I told someone that one if the best things about this period is something I call “change energy”. Actually many Gej supporters like me also feel strong discontent and agree that we need change although I know its not just about change of leadership. However, my prayer and advice for whoever wins the election is to use this ‘change energy’ positively by deploying common sense policies especially in government administration and very importantly, challenge the people on personal change. I saw a student I know ‘sorts’ his university courses screaming for change
